Anytime you send out valuable heirloom oriental rugs for cleaning and especially repair, I suspect you (like me) do so with a lot of trepidation. Having gone through the experience now with CaravanRugs, I should not have worried. Justin and his folks were steady, reassuring, expert and on time (in fact they were done earlier than forecast). Justin knows rugs and he has experts who did a great job repairing my antique Heriz.
