Crew called in advance, was on time, did a thorough job; they explained what they were doing, how long it would take, fair pricing, how Long drying would take and how to maintain the good look. I told them it seemed they weren’t cleaning the carpet but painting a different color!! I got their names so I could ask for them specifically in the future (Terry and Khalil)
