I think we just found a new carpet guy! I originally requested a quote via Yelp, thinking someone would have to come out to our house to see the square footage but no - Herb responded to the request within an hour and was able to provide an online quote by the end of the day. Not to mention, I was asking for him to show up with only a couple days notice (quote was Wed, service on Fri). Not only was Herb able to accommodate my timing, I also discovered some pet (urine) stains on Thursday and asked him whether he could accommodate the additional work. He added the space in no problem! On the day of service, Herb was friendly, courteous and very clear about what work he was going to do and how much it was going to cost. He presented a clear invoice before he even got started which I really like. His work was great - no issues taking care of the spaces we needed cleaned. They all look great! He's not done until you're satisfied. He showed me his work in progress and allowed me to tour the house once complete to make sure all the carpets and tile were cleaned to my satisfaction. A couple small touches that set him apart - (1) love the box of goodies! (2) a small towel at the bottom of the stairs so that folks don't slip and (3) a sheet of follow up instructions for the service and discounts for future service. Thanks for a great experience Herb! I will hire PANDA again and again!
