After trying to get estimates from other floor cleaning companies, Herb with Panda was a breath of fresh air. No automated answering machines, no ridiculous 4 hour time frames that ruin your whole day. Herb sets up the appt himself, gives you an exact appointment time and comes and does the job himself. My floors look so clean. He does great work and his prices are very fair. Would highly recommend. Thank you panda!
