I called this morning and Zachary was able to work me in this afternoon. I had stains upstairs that had been attempted to be removed for the past 12 years by 3 different companies and that could never get them out. Within minutes, Zachary was able to completely remove them, as well as all other stains and even ones I missed! Zachary was very thorough, but efficient in getting my entire upstairs spotless! In fact, while he was here, I sent texts to my friends and said "You've gotta check this out! Zachary is amazing and did what 3 other companies couldn't!" He also took an area rug out to clean and bring back, which I have no doubt will be perfect, as well. Zachary was so personable and professional. I intend to use him moving forward for whatever cleaning needs I have. As he was leaving, I learned that they do hardwoods, as well!!!! As soon as mine are refinished, he's going to be my first call for routine cleaning of them. I couldn't be happier that I found them, and that Zachary was our service tech! It was a pleasure having him in our home and I look forward to using him again in the very near future!
