TMCC had to quickly pivot to meet our catering needs of 80 people. I contacted Carolina BBQ on a Monday to cater a TMCC event by Thursday. Not only were they extremely swift in getting quote over to us, they also assured that are request would be fulfilled in a timely manner. Dealing with Sher'ee and the Carolina Kitchen and BBQ team was one of the easiest and tastiest experiences ever.
