We use Caroline BBQ fairly often to cater company events and meetings. Their website is very easy to use and the food is always delivered on-time. Our team members LOVE when we cater Carolina BBQ - it is a local favorite! And if there happen to be any leftovers, their food is always good even the day after when reheating or eating cold.
