We used Lazybones to cater my husband's graduation party the day before father's day. We love BBQ and we frequent many places, like Slows, Rub Pub and Redsmoke. My husband is a huge BBQ fan. He smokes better pulled pork than any other restaurants in the area. So we know food and our review counts ;-) Quality: We had the full service pig roast which was delicious. We have been to a few pig roasts before and many of our guests have too and this by far was the best tasting pig I've had! Pig roast are a great show, but if it's not prepared right, it can taste gamy. This was not the case here. The pig tasted great inside out; the skin was just the right texture; the meat was tender; the BBQ sauces were great as well. Since we had a big crowd, we also got the smoke chicken (yum), Rib tips (yum yum) and the Cajun sausage along with few other sides. I have to highlight the Mac&Cheese. Two full orders and we had just a little left :-( Lazybones was the best Mac&Cheese we had. Service: I worked with Jennifer to get everything arranged. She was friendly, professional & knowledgeable of their product. She provided advice and helped me decide what to get for our big crowd. For the party day itself, Louie and Gerald served our guests. They were super friendly, made my guest feel welcomed, and you can tell it wasn't their first rodeo. Louie treated me to the Pork Belly part so he gets extra points :-) The next day we saw few of our guests (during Father's day gathering) and they were still talking about the food and the service. Lazy bones nailed it! My husband and I are trying to find another reason to have a pig roast :-)
