Since nobody was answering the phone, the message said, "E MAIL US." It would have been really REALLY nice if LazyBones would have returned my Email inquiring if we were "good to go" for my event. 3pm the day before & I can't confirm?!! The driver wasn't told where to go & wasn't given my cell phone# either. A coworker dug up Jennifer's personal email from a previous order and did get confirmation ....but that was of no help to me as I had already left work for the day.
