We used Smokin' Steve's for our Golf-A-Thon fundraiser. We had used other bigger named BBQ places in the past for the event and the golfers always enjoyed the food, but Smokin' Steve's was a huge step up! People kept asking where we got the food from. The meat was so juicy and delicious- even the chicken! The beans were devoured. Everything was a step above.

The perfect breakfast for a large group, especially where guests want to mingle and not be confined to a table. Breakfast burritos, build-your-own yogurt parfait bar, and coffee cake were delicious. The vegetarian options were appreciated by several guests! Only two of my 200+ guests commented that the individually-wrapped burritos should have been kept hotter.

Food arrived later than promised. Food quality was great and food was enjoyed by meeting attendees. Felt the delivery fee from Moorpark to Camarillo was high, considering I also added a tip for the driver/delivery person. Not sure it will be in my budget to use often going forward.

The smoke turkey and beef brisket were very good. Mash potatoes, stuffing, and macaroni and cheese were just average. The bread rolls were beginning to mold.

We are never disappointed! We’ve had Steve’s bbq at a friend’s birthday party & at a large wedding (bbq trailer, servers, the works) & we have used them for 1 large & 1 small family gathering.
