It would have been a better experience if there was another Smokin Steve's employee to have been there. Since we didn't want to do self-serve, our staff had to be servers which meant that they weren't able to enjoy the party as much. The invoice allotted for a "full-service" tip but full-service was not provided since our staff was also tasked with serving the food. He would often disappear and at certain points felt like he was supervising us giving out the food. Also, he could not answer any questions about what was in the food. It's not completely his fault but I'm assuming whoever was serving should know certain aspects of the food (i.e. vegetarian or not, etc.) There was also not enough dessert and seemed like an afterthought for them.
