First time ordering, Steve made it easy. He worked with me to customize my order so that I had the right amount of food & great choices for my family even with a vegan in our midst! Everything was perfect, I didn't need to lift a finger, food was hot, plates and utencils provided were serviceable. The food actually arrived early: 2PM rather than 2:30 as requested. So it timeing is an issue make sure thay know this when you order.
