This barbeque is exquisite. The meat is moist and tender, the ingredients fresh and flavorful, and the sauces diverse and on point. There were several barbeque aficionados at the picnic where we had the Boar's Nest catering, and they did nothing but sing its praises. This food is as true and authentic as anything you'll find in traditional barbeque regions, and you can't pass it up. I eventually got so tired of everyone asking me where "this amazing barbeque" came from that I put a sign at the table saying it was from Boar's Nest. XD

We recently ordered lunch for 85 from Boar's Nest on rather short notice. They cheerfully accommodated our request, showed up on time and provided us with a meal everyone raved about. The meats were juicy and tender and the two sides we had, coleslaw and potato salad, tasted homemade. We had a variety of delicious sauces and plenty of plates and utensils for all. The cost was less than ordering box lunches and there is absolutely no comparison. NIce people. Exceptional service. Great lunch. I don't think we could do any better! I highly recommend. :-)
