Good service, price and shutters! Love the way they look on our home. Crew was very friendly and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Just wish the communication through the process was less lacking and more consistent. More updates would’ve been appreciated through the process. But definitely would go through them for future business.

I had 3 estimates: 1. Shutters 911 (way to expensive, I guess they wanted me to pay for their kids college tuition). 2. Forcefield Hurricane Shutter (about $6000 more than Harpers). 3. Harpers Hurricane Shutters - I met with Brian and at first I was skeptical because of how affordable it was, so I took my chances and went with Harpers. Good thing I did, Brian was so accommodating throughout the project - KUDOS to Brian. The installers, John and his tea, did an outstanding job on installing 6 big aluminum shutters. Things were done more than fair time. John walked me through what they were going to do every step of the way. John and his team were very courteous and understanding of our needs. All together, Harper's Hurricane Shutters really, really delivered and they do stand behind their products. Brian and John, thank you for keeping my house protected at a very, very reasonable price.

They showed up at 8:00am and they never asked me for anything. They did their work and left without me knowing. I thought they left on break. But when I opened my front door, my entrance lanai was completed. All cleaned out and brand new. All new aluminum, screening and a new sturdy screen door. Great job!! I love it!
