Tina came two days ago to replace our inverter but the replacement was also faulty. She apologized profusely and told me she would return in two days (on her day off) to install a new one. She was here on time as promised and installed the new one quickly. She then took the time to explain to me how to use the new system and guided me through creating a new account to monitor my energy production. She was friendly, professional and efficient. By far the best employee of south Texas solar systems I have ever encountered!
