Had a 12volt Halogen ceiling fixture to go out this morning and new bulbs did not work so knew it had to be wiring or other components. Called Arc Angel and they made an appointment for the next day. They called back a few hours later and offered me an afternoon appointment today. Joey came and was very professional and technically competent. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad 12v. To 120v. transformer. Not having the correct transformer on his truck, he left for 30 minutes to purchase one. He then quickly completed the job. It was a very satisfying experience for me.
