I was so lucky to have called Arc Angel in hopes of getting my power meter reattached to my house after a fallen tree pulled it off. James and Adrian arrived when I was told they would. A complete inspection and explanation of what needed to be done was given. They went to pick up the supplies and returned quickly. James let me know Jake would be joining them. They worked and communicated really well with each other. As Adrian is an apprentice, James and Jake explained what they needed him to do and Adrian had no problem completing the task. It was very obvious both James and Jake knew what they were doing. They were friendly, cheerful, and you can tell they enjoy their jobs. The work area inside and out was left clean of any old equipment it trash. I can't wait to tell my friends to use Arc Angels. Jake, James, and Adrian are true professionals with great customer service skills!
