Today, we came out to your residence to assess the master bathroom receptacles that were not functioning. Upon arrival, we discussed when the issue first began and whether any other areas of the home were experiencing similar problems. With your approval, we performed a visual assessment of the home and the electrical system and discovered that the issue extended beyond the bathroom receptacles. The crawl space light and the doorbell system were also not working, indicating a potential wiring or connection failure within the circuit. While inspecting the electrical panel, we brought to your attention that the existing panel is obsolete and has been subject to a recall, which presents a safety concern. We also reviewed several important code and safety items, including proper bonding of the gas line, upgraded devices and connections, fire protection breakers and whole home surge protection.
