Came out to your home today to check on why your kitchen outlets aren’t working. Upon arrival we met with the homeowner and she explained what was going on. We then began with a quick evaluation of the outlets and realized the shock protection outlet for that circuit was tripped but the light was not illuminated which is a sign of a faulty outlet. I provided a solution to replace the defective shock protection outlet which the homeowner accepted. After replacing the outlet and circuit were working as intended. While here we performed a thorough evaluation of the home electrical system and designed solutions to address some safety enhancements.
