Came out to your home today to perform our annual Peace of Mind Electrical maintenance checkup. Upon arrival i met with Gayle and informed her of what today’s visit would entail. I then began my evaluation by checking functionality of all outlets and switches, checking reaction time of the shock protection outlets, replace batteries in smoke detectors, re-torqued connections in panel, and dusted off the ceiling fans. Everything was in good working order but we did discuss the panel age again and other safety enhancements but did not want to move forward with any of that today.
