Came out to your home today to perform our annual Peace of Mind maintenance checkup. Upon arrival we met with Robin and discussed what today’s visit would entail. We began checking functionality of all outlets and switches, checked reaction time on the one shock protection breaker, re-torqued connections in sub-panel, and dusted off the ceiling fans. We did however find out that there is no shock protection in the kitchen, master bathroom, nor on the washer. Also saw corrosion in the exterior main breaker, and noticed Duke’s riser pipe is not connected to the meter base. We designed solutions to take care those items.
