Today I returned to the residence to revisit our previous discussion regarding installing a new bathroom exhaust fan in the main bathroom, as well as to review options for installing a new ceiling fan. While on site, we discussed several ventilation solutions, including standard exhaust fans, exhaust fans with integrated lighting, and the option of separating the exhaust fan from a recessed light to better manage humidity in the space. After evaluating the existing equipment, I confirmed the previously installed bathroom fan was defective and no longer operating as intended, contributing to inadequate moisture removal. Based on our discussion, I designed multiple solution options and proceeded with the basic solution that was selected. I removed the defective bath fan and installed your new Panasonic exhaust fan with an integrated light. During the installation, I ensured the fan was properly secured and that the exhaust vent was correctly connected and sealed so humidity is effective
