Chris was great, personable, on time, and thoroughly explained all. One minor thing was that in checking the wall socket wiring, they forgot to screw back in and cover with wall plate. The company offered to redispatch but I did not feel that was necessary. I will not to hesitate to have them back to complete some more projects.

I was pleased with the service guys, very polite, listened to me needs. After they left I noticed some issues: they did not lay the wiring correct for my lights per the design i gave them (my fault, did not check it before they left), the wall next to the speaker has rub marks, they should have moved the speaker and my cover for my pool table has scratches and a tear in it now. I did receive a follow up call and mentioned some of these concerns but have not received a follow up call yet.
