Technician spent as much time writing his exaggerated estimate as he did doing the work. He made it seem like costly equipment was being installed and the job would take longer. The plumbing company was shocked at the price, almost a thousand dollars that you charged and said they will no longer recommend Electrical Express. You must be on some kind of commission. John, while I appreciate the review even though it is negative I must tell you, I do not appreciate that instead of calling me with your questions or concerns that you opted to tarnish my companies reputation based not on another electrical contractors price or opinion, but rather on a plumber's opinion but since you did, let me ask you; Did you tell them we had to run a new direct line from the water heater to the panel and put it on an expensive GFCI breaker? Did you tell them we had to install a gas bonding solid copper wire from the electric meter all the way to the Gas Meter to comply with code? Did you tell them our price included a $155.00 electrical permit? Did you also tell them that all of that work really took a whole lot more time to do than it does to write up an estimate and there were 2 men on the job working? Before you tarnish another company's reputation please make sure you have all the facts and that they are accurate and please, contact the company and share your concerns, it might not lower the price but it may give you a more accurate understanding of what was done.
