Alex was friendly, professional in how he carried himself and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything and performed a detail look at our electrical situation. He also wore shoe covers which we appreciated very much. Overall, we had a good first impression of Alex and the Five or Free Electrical Solution as a whole.
