I was very impressed with the efficiency of Generator Power Systems from the initial quote through installation. I had another company spend about 90 minutes going through a detailed discussion about generators which was a very good education. However they blew it at the end giving me the "this is your price if you sign right now". That high pressure tactic always has me walking away. Jim came to my house on a Saturday morning looked around for about 10 minutes and said "I'll send you a quote on Monday". Which he did, 8:00am sharp. The quotes were about the same once an add-on was removed from the other company's quote so I went with Jim. His team was incredibly efficient with Stacey calling me to coordinate each step in the process. Each of the tradesman were courteous and quick to do what seemed like a lot of work. Within three weeks of my accepting the quote the generator was installed and functional. Larry came by to do the final test and provided a tutorial for my son and I in how to care for and use the generator.
