Brett is friendly, informative, communicative and efficient. He was prompt in arriving on both visits and talked through the issues and solutions. He got all of our issues resolved. I came to help Jeff due to a surge caused by a power outage. I checked the electrical system including all outlets in master bedroom which thankfully were all in good condition. I installed an ultra surge at main breaker panel outside to protect from all surges.
