I have had problems with the light installed by Mr. Sparky for the past 4 years. This was the first time that someone offered advice and worked diligently to solve the problem. Trent explained what was happening and changed the security light. So far, so good. Excellent work!

Our existing customer called us back to help diagnose a GFCI in the kitchen not working. I did a minor diagnosis with the information he provided so make sure GFCI I was installed correctly. The wires in the GFCI or not installed properly and I rewired the outlet and everything now is back on and working.
