I had a ceiling fan installation on a 14ft high ceiling. I didn’t have the correct length or diameter down rod (my fault) so Varek was committed to return and finish the job. I ordered the correct rod, delivered on the weekend and he returned on Monday. It was scheduled on Friday. I should mention on top of it being a high ceiling installation it was a different style fan with three different blade sizes and a tricky remote control.
