My needs were not met. Instead of addressing the reason for the appointment, I was presented with products and services I don’t need. In addition, the small service provided came with an extremely high mark-up. Mr. Sparky is not concerned for the customer as much as it is concerned about getting the customer’s money.

This is the second time that I have used Mr. Sparky and each time the service was excellent. The technicians were efficient and knowledgeable and did the repairs in a timely manner. They even made me aware of issues that I needed to know. I would recommend them for repairs and far as prices, they probably are comparable to other services.

Replacement of main broker panel, surge panel, and main grounding system

On 2/13/2019, I communicated with the electrical company, Mister Sparky, to discuss an electrical problem I was experiencing with my main electrical panel. On the same day, John Torres came , reviewed my situation very thoroughly and made his recommendations for correcting my electrical problem. He was very cordial, informed, thorough in explanation, and courteous as he explained a correction plan. On the next scheduled appointment on 2/15/2019, John returned with all supplies, additional workers, and expertise for completing the job in a very timely manner. Upon completion of the job, he explained to me what had been done, demonstrated that all electrical equipment in my home were working correctly, and cordially thanked me for allowing him to complete this project. It was a pleasure working with him, and I would recommend his service in electrical repairs to all.
