michael was polite knowledgeable and did a professional job.I was glad he wore a mask and shoe covering....as fo scheduling ,we were given a nov 20 noon to 4 window for which after waiting all day no one showed up.after a telephone call we were told we were not even on the schedule at all.VERY VERY UNHAPPY with that.

I had a surge protector recently installed on my home circuit breaker by Mister Sparky Electric and the overall service was on time, thorough, clean, and priced competitively. The experienced technician who serviced my home (Michael) was very knowledgeable and thorough when answering my many various inquiries regarding the performance of the job; so thorough that many of my questions were answered before I could ask. Knowledge in a craft or trade is key, and I felt very comfortable knowing that service was performed the RIGHT way by Mister Sparky Electric.

Our power went out in half of our condo last night. We knew we had some issues going on over the past few months due to flickering lights when the dishwasher was running, and power going off for a minute or two once or twice a week. But last night was different. My husband has end stage copd and is on hospice care, needing oxygen 24-7 from an oxygenator. It’s imperative for him to have steady electricity. I contacted Mr. Sparky early this morning...it was still dark out, and much to my surprise, a human answered! I was fully expecting to leave a message. The woman was wonderful...wish I could remember her name to give her the kudos she deserves, but I can’t! A short while later, Roberto was at our door and assessed the situation. Roberto was wonderful, too! He then dispatched Theo to come to our condo and do the repair work. Theo arrived a little later, and at the risk of being redundant, he was wonderful!! Everyone of these people explained the repairs to us very thoroughly, explained payment options, and answered all our questions patiently and in easy to understand language. I’m really happy I called Mr. Sparky!
