Today iv come out to see what we can do for pat as she was wanting us to take a look at her bathroom exhaust fan motor and a fixture hung out side. Upon evaluation she showed me the location where she wanted the fixture hung and the height desired, after taking a look at the bath fan it was shot and needed replacement. She had a replace so I went ahead and replaced it along with the switch that controlled it. I also replace 2 swithes out front by the entrance, I presented options to expand the lifetime of the electrical panel by replacing breakers and remaking connections adding surge protection to the home and doing a whole home redevice.
