Today I was called to troubleshoot no power to the lanai, garage, and outside outlets. The problem was found to be a tripped GFCi outlet in the bathroom. Once reset power was restored and everything is working correctly. I also replaced three smoke detectors. Today I installed two LED recess can retrofit trims on the garage, changed the lightbulb in the garage door opener, replaced two CFL bulbs with LED in the living room, replaced 4 smoke detectors, and changed bulbs on the two hanging lanterns at the front door. Today I was called to install a new electrical cord on the master bath jacuzzi tub and to inspect the ground wires in the panel. The ground wires do have a bluish tint to them that is likely due to oxidation over the years. There is no evidence of burning or corrosion and all connections have been tightened.
