I called for an appointment to get a quote on having a Generac 22 watt generator put in. They sent a guy out who I wasn't sure knew what a generator was. He spent about 20 minutes with me and proved I was right! He didn't even know the generator basics. He kept asking his manager questions then said they decided generators were not what they did?

Customer wants generator installed with two transfer switches and an ac shut off. Told customer as a company we do not install standby generators any more. He told me I wasted his time and kicked me out of his house and refused to sign anything.
