The Gold Standard of Service and Help

Jay was prompt, polite, professional, and exemplified the gold standard of service. He called 30 minutes informing me of his pending arrival which I very much appreciate. He was the knocking 30 minutes after the call: perfect timing! During the installation he was quick and efficient, and when completed informed me of how to use my new fan. Jay was great and I highly recommend him and Stella Electric to anyone looking for the gold standard of service.
