I was supposed to receive two quotes for small projects during the job to replace my EV Charger but I never received them. I was even on the phone with the office during the visit regarding this issue because it was supposed to be on the job ticket and wasn’t. This is the second time in a row this happened with this contractor as the same thing happened one year ago when they originally installed the EV Charger (Honda paid for them to replace it).
