During the walkthrough, the Fire Marshal identified several issues, including outdated inspection tags on fire extinguishers and a missing ceiling tile that exposed sprinkler piping. To address the concerns, I immediately coordinated with our team to update and replace the inspection tags on-site and arranged for building maintenance to replace the missing tile before the inspection concluded. I provided the Fire Marshal with documentation for all corrected items and ensured they had access to all required system reports. The inspection was successfully completed, and the facility passed without needing a follow-up visit.
