Field's is always very professional, and their techs extremely knowledgeable. Alan quickly diagnosed the trouble, and improvised a tempory fix to get us back on line very quickly until he returns for the proper repairs.

Per request of Brian Hall please retest the (2) duct detector that have been recently repaired by others. Brian would also asked us to look into a damper that was failed by the mechanical company. Site was told the motor on the damper needs to be repaired and he’s confused about who is supposed to be making the repair. Please double-check on this while on site.
