Based on a couple of interactions with James early on in the service, I requested that he be assigned to service our school. James certainly knows his job and our system. He is professional and honest. He is always on time. These are important characteristics that I look for. He has them!

Dwayne provided excellent after hours emergency service. He made sure to follow up when initial repairs attempt was paused. He came back as soon as we could let him into the apartment and performed temporary repairs to have the system restored until permanent repairs parts arrive. thank you Dwayne!
