Must leave 1 copy of completed, signed insp. report onsite, and submit 1 copy with your invoice. 6 Emergency lights are in need of 6v5ah battery 3 Exit lights are in need of 6.8v600ma nicad batteries One 5lb ABC extinguisher is due for a hydrostatic test Deficiency: One 5lb ABC extinguisher is due for a hydrostatic test Deficiency: 6 Emergency lights are in need of 6v5ah battery 3 Exit lights need to be completely replaced. Your fire protection system is non-compliant. Century Fire protection has completed the contracted inspections of the fire protection systems at your facility. Upon reviewing the most recent attached inspection reports we noted deficiencies on the fire protection systems making it non-compliant. As your service provider, it is our responsibility to report any deficiency items, repairs, and replacements which are necessary by NFPA codes, local jurisdiction, manufacturer's guidelines and insurance requirements. The following deficiencies will need to be corrected for the fire protection systems to be compliant.
