Kitchen Hood Suppression System - NON COMPLIANT Recently one of our licensed technicians was at your location to perform the service on your fire suppression system. During that inspection the following deficiencies were found on order 14523730 Current nozzle coverage will require changes 6 burner range and griddle will require back shelf coverage with nozzle type 11982 nozzles (4 and can reuse one in place now) Client Responsibility: If back shelf is removed this will not be needed Replace duct nozzle with proper one to meet compliance Client Responsibility: Move commercial griddle under exhaust canopy to meet code. Portable Extinguishers and Fire Suppression Inspection Annual Fire Extinguisher Inspection Semiannual Kitchen Fire Suppression System Inspection Masterbox Plugout-Devens Fire Box #149 Deficiency: Kettle Fryer System is non compliant due to system cylinders and co2 cartridge are due for hydro test. These are due every 12 years per nfpa. No signs of a regulator test and this is due every 12 years as well. 1 of 3 cylinders is over drawn. Will need to adjust accordingly. Need to update coverages on the appliance line. Both Fryer systems need all cylinders and co2 cartridges hydro tested. Also no signs of regulator tests. These are all due every 12 years per nfpa. 4 of 6 cylinders are over drawn. Will need to adjust accordingly. Also need to update appliance line coverages to both systems.
