there is a lock box at the bottom of the metal staircase 0425 is the code, it opens the door at the top of that staircase Kitchen Hood Suppression System - NON COMPLIANT Recently one of our licensed technicians was at your location to perform the service on your fire suppression system. During that inspection the following deficiencies were found on order 14524081 Install a 1N nozzle drop for the unprotected griddle - REMOVED FROM QUOTE AS CLIENT STATED THEY REMOVED THE UNIT Schedule service when appliances are off for a while so we can test gas valve operation. Fryers were too hot to test valve during inspection Re-position the 1F nozzles over the 6 burner range to meet manual compliance Lower 3N coverage to manual compliance over the fryers Repair of these deficiencies is essential to overall life safety.
