Kitchen Hood Suppression System - NON COMPLIANT Recently one of our licensed technicians was at your location to perform the service on your fire suppression system. During that inspection the following deficiencies were found on order 14236181 Nozzle for first fryer is installed too low per Amerex requirements. Nozzle must sit between 40"-50" inches. Currently at 30" The 10 burner range has a back shelf. The nozzles installed would protect this unit if the back shelf was not in place. If the back shelf remains the line would need to be repiped under the shelf with nozzle type 11982 protection (5 nozzles total) Pipe one additional appliance to the smaller cylinder to allow proper flow capacity on the larger cylinder. (only supports 11 flows and has 11.5 piped into it). The smaller cylinder can spare 2 flows if back shelf is removed or 3 if the shelf remains and new coverage added. The appliance line has recently been modified. The fire suppression system will need to be re-piped to accommodate these changes. Tri State proposes to re-pipe the appliance line.
