Shem was very friendly, polite and understood our concerns. Shem did not perform any work because the work we had requested had already been done by another vendor. It was a little alarming when Shem said he was here to do work that I had stressed to Tri-State that we needed that work done asap, and since Tri-State was not able to come out right away due to staffing issues, we were forced to give the job to someone else.
