Joe was very helpful and informative, and appeared to be very thorough. Records kept at Tri State need improvement as many techs come in and out. Make a map of the facility.

Quality of service was fine. The technician inspected 8 fire extinguishers and he appeared to be quite knowledgeable and was very friendly. I don't know how much the cost of this service was so I can't give a rating on the cost/pricing.

Both are dated 2004.
