Alarm system was headed by Steve the hip & Dave. Gave them both high marks because steve was a Navy air-controller and I flew F-4s in the Navy a few years back. Both were Professional and answered my questions very clearly..... Joe Sousa, Sprinkler systems, was efficient and explained all that he did and explained the annual and semi-annual requirements......... Fire bottles and alarm lighting and exit signs were all dilligently checked by Matt [Because I checked him and all looked well]. Very helpful in explaining what he did to my building. Finally system of acknowledgement and reportin was absolutely great.Just hope the pricing is fair and competitive. Will recommend you to the new tenant.......Tony V
