I like TriState. The service is good, the price is right. HOWEVER. You guys need to communicate with each other. The tech who came this time did not have the list from the previous tech. This wasted a TON of time as we tried to track down our list, only the decide to walk her around by hand and count. We had two visits last year, one from the salesperson and one by the tech, to establish these extinguishers. Where are those records? That's YOUR job. I want it to be clear... the tech who came this time was very personable, but she did not have a list, and stated it is because the previous tech did not upload one. That's just shoddy business. And if you ARE missing your list... tell me that when you schedule the appointment, so I can find mine ahead of time, rather than put us on the spot and waste your tech's time.
