Both Brian Madison and Andrew King were very professional, pleasant, and efficient. We have had 3 inspections (with United Fire) since 2015 where the dry head should of been flagged for the 10 year ul testing or replacement but had been overlooked. So KUDOS to Brian for doing a great job!
