I was so impressed with the service and installation of our garage door. What an excellent job! I don't know why I waited for years to have it done!!! Thank you.
Called ahead to let me know arrival status, arrived on time, kept me informed of repair status, fixed problem, cleaned up when done.
Technician arrived on time, went to work, diagnosed problem, explained why, fixed it.
This was our second experience with Aaron Overhead Door. The customer service both times has been great.
Great experience, was given an few time slots to choose from. Was informed of who was assigned the job and updated the day of the service. Taylor was on schedule and updated me when in route. In a conversation with Taylor while working on my door he stated that he informed to office of heavy traffic delays to an earlier job, the office rescheduled another technician so that neither client appointments would be late or missed. This is what customer service is all about, way to go Arron Overhead Doors ! A customer for life and will pass along to any fiends or neighbors asking for recommendations.
Needed new motor - got it but would Have liked it more if didn’t have to have another device to use in garage!
Chase was awesome to deal with. He was on time, clearly explained the issues and fixed the problem.
I was impressed with Aaron Overhead Doors. First, I was able to get an appointment quickly. Second, I was texted and emailed a conformation of my appointment time as well as a picture of the Service Technician who would be coming. Third, the Service Technician called prior to arriving as well. Fourth, before any work was performed, I was shown a detailed work summary with the prices for each item beside the description so it was clear what I would be paying for. Last, the work was completed in a timely manner. I will be using Aaron Overhead Doors again. My only regret is that I didn’t use them sooner!
Technician very knowledgeable and explained reason for repair in terms that I understood
I did not achieve the desired effect (I had slightly bent the lower panel with my car) of straightening out the lower panel with a new brace, However, I was advised that I would need a new panel to achieve my goal, but I did not want to go to that expense.
