I have used this company in the past to do some troubleshooting on our old garage door, and also to install a garage door on our storage shed. They did a great job both times, but yesterday was what solidified my faith in them. Our technician, Matt Griffith, was one of the most capable workers I have seen in a long time. He inspected our door, showed us the various issues (and since our garage door is older it did have many issues!) and explained the problems carefully and in a language we could understand. Then he showed us the various options that were available. At no time did we feel any pressure or "hype" from him. We decided to completely replace the motor, and he was able to make time in his schedule to come back later that day. Not only did he replace the motor, but he took the time to reseal part of the door and replace hinges, among other things. Matt was super friendly, very professional, and a quick worker who cleaned up after himself. Thank you, Aaron Overhead Doors! My mother is building a home here in Gwinnett County, and she is already planning on having Matt do her installation.
